When I met Kevin, I was in the middle of a medical emergency with my mother. I had limited time to settle her affairs, help her through a medical rehab for an injury, and find her a home in assisted living. I might mention that I do not now, nor have I ever, lived in Arizona. I live in Connecticut.

I started talking with Kevin about the fact that I had limited time to find a way to settle her estate. He immediately came to help me. He and the people in his office and other people that they do business with took care of everything for me. Having an estate sale, cleaning the house, selling the house and bringing that sale to fruition was the easiest part of my misadventure. The team took care of everything. The house sold in no time, and I was off the hook for a large part of my troubles.

Kevin kept in touch with me, helped me with anything I needed. He helped me get answers for legal questions. He even let me use the printer in his office. I can't say enough how much Kevin and the team helped me during a very stressful time when I needed a lot of assistance.

I doubt that I will ever need a realtor in Arizona again, but if I do, I would call Kevin first. I've bought and sold houses before, and I've never had such a seamless, non stressful, well communicated, honest experience as this one. Thank you Kevin! I wish everything else had gone so well.
